Do I need a new phone number?
Yes — WhatsApp does not let one number run both the app on your phone and an automated system. Most people use a second SIM or a virtual number. It takes about ten minutes and we do the Meta side for you.
Will WhatsApp charge me on top of this?
Meta bills conversations to your own account, never through us, and we never mark them up. Most conversations cost nothing: a lead arriving from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad opens a 72-hour free window, and the whole qualification fits inside it.
Does it sound like a robot?
It sounds like whatever you write. The greeting, the questions, the answers and all three closing messages are yours to word — there is no fixed script underneath.
What happens if someone types instead of tapping?
