From ad tap to “call this one first”
No app for them to install, no form to fill, no link to click. It happens inside the chat they already opened.
What the lead experiences
Twenty seconds, three taps, and an answer. They never wait, and they never wonder whether anyone read it.
- 01
They tap your ad and land in WhatsApp
At 2am, from another timezone, while you are asleep. This is the moment every other tool wastes.
- 02
They get an answer in about three seconds
A greeting in your assistant’s name, then the first question with tappable answers. No form, no app, no link to click.
- 03
Three taps, about twenty seconds
Goal, timeline, budget — or whatever actually sorts your enquiries. You write the questions; they never type unless they want to.
- 04
They get scored and sorted
Hot leads get your booking link immediately and your phone buzzes. Cold ones get a polite close and something useful. You never see them.
- 05
Your ads get smarter
Every qualified lead is reported back to Meta, so the delivery model stops buying you tyre-kickers and goes looking for more people like the ones who bought.
What you do once, in about ten minutes
Then you do not touch it again unless you want to change the wording.
Connect a WhatsApp number
A second number, not the one on your phone — WhatsApp does not let one number do both. We handle the Meta side; you approve it.
Pick or write your questions
Load a ready-made set for your trade and change the words, or start fresh. Three questions is the sweet spot.
Say who counts as hot
Give each answer a number. The total decides which of your three closing messages a lead gets.
Point an ad at it
Any Click-to-WhatsApp ad, or just put the number in your bio. Nothing else changes.
What happens when it does not go to plan
Any tool can handle somebody who taps three buttons in order. These are the cases that decide whether it is actually usable.
They type instead of tapping
On Pro the assistant answers from a knowledge base you wrote, then picks the questions back up. On Starter it acknowledges them and points at the buttons — and after two tries it fetches you rather than looping.
They go quiet halfway
A nudge later that day and another the next morning, both sent inside the free window so they cost nothing — and never sent to somebody who already answered.
They say “I want to start now”
The rest of the questions are skipped. Nobody is made to finish a quiz after they have already said yes.
They say stop
Honoured immediately and permanently. No setting on your side can undo it, which is the point.
You want to take over
Open the lead, type, and the assistant steps back so you are never both replying at once.
They tap an old question
The answer is counted and the score updated, but the conversation is not rewound to that point. They get an acknowledgement and the question they were actually on.
Your ad account learns from this
Meta cannot see inside a WhatsApp conversation. Left alone it optimises for people who START chats, which is why your ads keep finding you browsers.
Every time a lead qualifies, we report it back against the exact ad click that produced them. The delivery model stops guessing and goes looking for more people like the ones who actually booked. It is included on every paid plan because it costs us nothing to serve.
Everything else it doesMeta attaches a click reference to the conversation.
The score decides hot, warm or cold.
Against that exact click, once and only once.
Meta starts finding people who look like the ones who bought.
